EMCC inaugurates Kostaldea, the most powerful "dipper" dredge of France, in Le Havre on the 09/12/2013 .

For this barge winches maneuver piles, HYDROFLUID Technologies achieved :

- A hydraulic power 3 times 75kw + 1 times 30 kilowatts
- A hydraulic tank 2800 liters
- Proportional radio controls in the cab of the crane
- Manual rescues remote
- 3 winches 80 tons
- 2 winches windlass
- 2 mooring winches
- 1 crane
- The complete hydraulic piping of the barge in Poland , with commissioning in Poland and Le Havre .

First company private dredging France , EMCC (Vinci Construction Group ) opened on September 12 in Le Havre, the Kostaldea his new pontoon " dipper dredger " , the most powerful equipment of its kind in France .
This dredge, designed and developed by consultants EMCC was built shipyards Malbo Stettin , Poland, for the hull of 35 x 12 meters ( about 4 million) but in France for equipment ( about 7 million) , including winches Starter ( DLD group) in the Paris region and Liebherr P 984 in Colmar.
This retroactive excavator , capable of reaching depths of dredging nearly 20 meters, has been used for the ripper around Flamanville in February and sampling in the Seine to deepening its channel programmed by the great seaport Rouen. Next mission : deepening the No. 7 position Channel to Calais.
This significant investment , even for Vinci , is the group’s desire to expand internationally outside Europe (Africa , South America and Asia), which represents industry at present only 15% of turnover Staff of this hexagonal construction . EMCC already working in Togo, Benin and Ivory Coast soon .

Hydraulic Power Unit (HPU) intended for the installation and for the replacement of risers for FPSO’s offshore platform (Floating Production, Storage and Offloading). This unit of power will be in operation on oil fields in the North Sea for the project QUAD204.
Project led by David GUILLEMOT.
